I will be appearing on Stan Ambrose’s radio show ‘Folkscene’ on BBC Radio Merseyside 95.8FM on Thursday 12th April at 9pm. The show will be a special one hour show about me and my music, featuring chat and songs.

Here is my new song ‘World On Fire’ which features Adriano Arena playing some tasty guitar. This track was recorded and produced by Adam Christopher at his recording studio in Burscough, at the Burscough Wharf last month, during mine and Adriano’s acoustic duo tour. A special acoustic EP will be released soon, more details to follow. We hope you like the new song.

This week my friend and guitarist from Genova, Italy, Adriano Arena was in Liverpool performing some very special shows with me. Our Acoustic Duo Tour seen us play 2 shows in Ormskirk, Lancashire and 2 shows in Liverpool. We would like to thank everyone who came to the shows and we would like to say a big thank you to Eddie and Chris Cooney for putting us up for the week, your hospitality was very much appreciated!
The last gig of our tour was at Studio 2, Parr Street in Liverpool and it was a charity night I organised for Cancer Research UK. We had a fantastic line up playing with us, we would like to thank Jessicas Ghost, Rae Clark, Jo Bywater, TJ and Murphy and Eddie Cooney for playing and making it such a special night to remember. We raised an amazing £131 for Cancer Research and I would like to thank everyone who came down to support the night

As well as playing live, we also managed to find time to record some tracks in my mate Adam Christopher’s recording studio for a future CD release to be confirmed soon! We recorded acoustic versions of ‘Time Is Standing Still’, U2′s ‘Where The Streets Have No Name’ and a new song of mine called ‘World On Fire’ (working title).

Over the weekend I performed at two fantastic gigs, the first was a show at Studio 2, Parr Street, Liverpool on Saturday 11th February, performing for Radical Liverpool, who run a fantastic monthly event at Studio 2. The night also featured sets from Radical Liverpool’s house band Our Morals and a headline set from the one and only Mr. Alun Parry. It was a great night with a wonderful audience who were all so lovely and joined in on my song ‘Alive’. Check out the video below…
The second show was on Sunday 12th February at The 22 Club in Ormskirk at a brilliant open mic night hosted by Phill Orme and Carla Lewis, which also features a host of special guest musicians who turn up every Sunday evening to perform. It really is a great night and should be checked out if you’re in the area on a Sunday evening. Below is a video featuring Phill Orme on bass and backing vocals, Carla Lewis on backing vocals, Scott Poley on lead guitar (who played on ‘The Alive EP’ the other year), Matt McGrory on funky keyboards and me singing having the time of my life, what a classic song, so much fun to sing! Hey guys, I have been locked away for the last couple of months working in the studio getting my album into shape, which I am very excited about sharing with you when it is finished. I took a break from the studio last Friday to film this song with my good friend Ste Woo. This is his Christmas song entitled ‘Snowdrops Falling’, which he asked me to sing and play with him, which was a massive buzz!
We hope you enjoy it and that it gets you into the Christmas spirit.
There’s some very exciting news to be announced in the new year, so keep checking back for updates, I hope you all have a great Christmas and a peaceful new year

Last Saturday (10th September) I performed a show with Miss Gradenko in Arenzano, Italy as part of the “Mare e Monti” walk festival. It was a very fun show to play and we played a set mixed with original songs of mine and covers. Being back in Italy performing with the guys was very special and the audience who came out to see us play were fantastic aswell.
We played a few new songs this time, an old song of mine called ‘Walk In The Sun’ was one of them, which was rocking. We also played the Foo Fighter’s song ‘Times Like These’ which was a special moment in the set for me, hearing Adriano, Serena and Barbara (who was stepping in for Marco) who are a very tight band, rocking out was just awesome!!
I’d like to thank everyone who came down to see us play, it was a great show and it was amazing to be back performing for you.
Massive thanks also to Adriano, Serena and Barbara, rocking with you guys is a joy and I look forward to performing with you again soon. Also I have to say a huge thanks to all my Italian friends who always make me feel so welcome, thanks for everything, see you soon
